She has been leading our executive searches for many years.

Vera Hepp Legal, compliance and pharmaceutical industry Vera is German and has lived in France for over 30 years. She speaks German, French, and English. Vera has extensive experience in quality management and deep expertise in technical environments.

Since 2021, she has been leading searches in the pharmaceutical and food industries at Eurojob Consulting.

Monika Wdowiak Logistics, energy & circular economy Monika has lived in France for 20 years, was born in Poland, and grew up in Germany. She speaks fluent French, German, English, and Polish. Following an international career focused on commerce, HR, and recruiting, she joined Eurojob Consulting in 2021.

Monika leads searches in logistics, the automotive industry, and renewable energy.

Astrid Keppler Industry & Manufacturing Astrid is French and has been living in Germany for 25 years. She has worked in various manufacturing companies, primarily in sales. In 2023, she joined Eurojob Consulting to lead searches at for industrial and financial profiles.

Adélaïde Sapelier Luxury & Retail Adélaide has always worked in a French-German environment. Thanks to her trilingual skills, she gained diverse experience in the food and cosmetics industries.

She joined the Eurojob Consulting team in 2019 and leads our searches in the luxury and retail sectors.

Pierre Déchavanne Sales & Business Development Pierre is French and has lived in Germany for 30 years. He speaks fluent French, German, and English.

Pierre has worked as a Key Account Manager and Business Developer in the textile and automotive as well as the packaging and construction industries.

Since 2023, he has been leading searches for the best sales talent at Eurojob Consulting.
